Traditional Skills Day and Public Market at the Village, July 27 from 10 to 2

On Saturday, July 27, from 10 am to 5 pm, Traditional Skills Day returns to the Gaspesian British Heritage Village.  New this year is the addition of a public market organized in partnership with the Town of New Richmond and CEDEC Small Business Support Network (SBSN).   Many vendors will be on site including organic vegetable growers, jewellery makers and wine producers. 

Opening Day

The Village will be opening for the summer 2013 season on Thursday June 21 at 10 AM. Cost of admission for opening day is only 2$ per person. The Village will be open Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM in 2013. For more information, visit our website.

Art Exhibit

The Village's "Art of Connecting" project will open to the public on Friday June 21 at 5 PM in the Gendron General Store salon. Thirty-four participants from different cultural communities on the coast were give the opportunity to get to know another participant and represent them in a work of art.
